Overview

The Brand Coordinator at Hotel Bardo Savannah is responsible for supporting various projects related to graphic design, social media, programming, email marketing, and creative services for the luxury urban resort. This role aims to enhance the brand's visual identity and ensure cohesive communication across all platforms. The coordinator will work closely with the Brand + Lifestyle Manager and collaborate with different departments to execute brand activations and maintain brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Design collateral, print and digital menus, OS&E, graphics and ad hoc creative for the resort according to brand guidelines
  • Support social media management including content calendar management, creative support and community management
  • Coordinate resort programming, working across departments to gather information, maintain deadlines and populate onto various digital, social and print channels
  • Prepare presentations based on company and department needs including decks, mockups and mood boards
  • Assist with the styling, execution and staffing of brand activations including pop-ups, private events, and gifting
  • Update backend systems, platforms and websites using WordPress and select CRM platforms
  • Assist with the management of the brand asset library and own image selection on various channels
  • Support the creation and enforcement of brand guidelines and style guides
  • Support the team in day-to-day tasks and ongoing creative projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InDesign and PowerPoint
  • Experience with WordPress and CRM platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, luxury branding or a related field
  • Interest in luxury brands and hospitality with ability to understand and maintain Bardo's visual identity
  • Proficient in the English language in reading, writing, and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
  • Engaging interpersonal skills to represent Hotel Bardo Savannah to guests, members, and partners
  • Confident, collaborative and with a point of view
