Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a personable, dynamic and knowledgeable Chef Concierge to lead our Guest Services team. More than a liason, the Chef Concierge is a tastemaker, trusted guide, and a true "Impression Maker" who sets the tone for the Bardo guest journey. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping each guest's stay through curated recommendations, insider access, and intuitive service that reflects our committment to exceptional, meaningful hospitality.
Serve as the face and voice of the Guest Services team, leading by example and cultivating a culture of warmth, knowledge, and service excellence
Provide elevated, personalized service through thoughtful recommendations, local insight, and proactive communication
Collaborate with the Brand team to remain attuned to current resort offerings, local happenings, and experiential programming
Develop and maintain a robust network of local partners, ensuring priority access to Savannah’s most sought-after moments
Manage special requests, bespoke itineraries, and VIP arrangements with discretion and style
Uphold brand standards across all guest interactions, ensuring consistency and intentionality in every detail
Oversee the training and performance of the concierge team, fostering their growth as ambassadors of the Bardo experience
A polished hospitality professional with strong leadership instincts and a discerning eye for detail
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport across all touchpoints
Proven experience in a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment; previous leadership experience preferred
Naturally curious, with deep local knowledge and a passion for uncovering and sharing insider experiences
Skilled in navigating guest preferences, resolving issues with poise, and creating moments of delight
Fluent in at least one additional language preferred
Refined presentation, grooming, and demeanor that reflect the Bardo brand
