Overview

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for Hotel Bardo Savannah who will manage the workflow and execution of sales and marketing tasks, administrative duties, and other responsibilities to assist in the smooth operation of our luxury urban resort. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales team in achieving revenue targets by coordinating and supporting sales activities, including site inspections and client follow-ups 
  • Assist with processing sales contracts and banquet event orders 
  • Assist the Brand + Marketing team with creative services and marketing-related tasks including printed collateral, digital assets, and account management 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales reports, and databases, utilizing CRM systems and other tools 
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales and marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities 
  • Partner with Sales and Brand + Marketing teams to coordinate VIP arrivals and gifting, including clients, press, influencers, etc. 
  • Manage and maintain inventory of Brand + Marketing goods and materials including branded items, swag and gifting 
  • Perform general administrative tasks including executive meetings management and set-up, calendar invitations and scheduling 
  • Support the on-boarding of new team members 

 

Qualifications

  • At least 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in a luxury hotel or related field 
  • Experience in design platforms like Canva and Adobe Suite and a general creative sensibility 
  • Proficient in the English language in reading, writing, and verbal communication 
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines 
  • Must be able to cross-train in other resort related areas 
  • Engaging interpersonal skills to represent Hotel Bardo Savannah to guests, members, and partners 
  • Confident, collaborative and with a point of view 
  • Comfortable identifying strategic needs but also an executor ensuring the implementation of a strategic plan
