Overview

Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a proactive, reliable, and guest-focused Night Manager to oversee overnight operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the resort during night hours. This leadership role requires an individual who is confident working independently, capable of making critical decisions, and committed to maintaining exceptional service standards throughout the night. The ideal candidate is service-driven, solution-oriented, and experienced in hotel operations and team supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support all front office and resort operations during overnight shifts
  • Ensure a warm, efficient welcome and departure experience for late-arriving and early-departing guests
  • Resolve guest concerns or emergencies with professionalism and urgency
  • Monitor property security and guest safety, coordinating with relevant departments as needed
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests and team members during night hours
  • Complete and verify nightly financial reports and audit procedures in accordance with company policy
  • Communicate effectively with morning leadership to ensure continuity across shifts
  • Uphold brand standards and promote a culture of excellence, even during low-traffic hours

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel front office operations, including night audit, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage overnight staff independently
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
