Overview

We are seeking the “best of the best” culinary professionals who are passionate about food, flavor, and exceptional dining experiences. Our culinary team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is currently looking for a motivated, creative, and attentive AM Line Cook. In this role, you will work with a team of hospitality partners who are dedicated to delivering unforgettable dining moments for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
  • Set up and break down your station before and after service
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and labeling ingredients
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
  • Strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help where needed
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
